Return & Refund Policy
Exchanges can be booked via our website and items can be exchanged for another item in the same price bracket. Exchanges are only for items that are either the incorrect size, or the customer has realized that the item is not to their taste.
Returns are subject to reason, however we accept returns for store credit which can be booked via our website. This is for the customers that are unhappy with their choice in item and would like store credit until they see something else that they would like to buy.
Both an exchange and return can be booked via our website, by typing in "exchange" or "return" in the search bar.
Warranty & Care
All customers have 3 days to inform us of any factory defects or breakages upon receiving the item. All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse, however it may have been missed.
Breakages are covered for up to 30 days from receipt. Should your item break within the 30 day period, we will gladly assist you with either a replacement or store credit.
